Salon Sales Consultant
Wyomissing, Laureldale (5th Street), Sinking Spring and Mt. Penn
Baja Beach offers a base hourly pay with attractive commission through unlimited earning potential for highly motivated sales consultants. As a team member of Baja, you’ll be able to enjoy free UV and spray tanning, significant employee discounting on products, airbrushing and Slim Body services. Along with internal growth opportunities; eligible employees can earn 401K, Health/Dental Benefits, Vacation, PTO, and holiday pay.
The ideal candidate is sales focused with a drive to earn rewarding commissions with easy to sell promotions of salon products and services with an already established customer base. The ability to sell through high-energy engagement and confidence is a MUST! It’s important to have a passion for UV tanning, spray tanning, skin care, and overall health and wellness. Previous tanning salon experience is not required because we love the opportunity to train the right individuals.
This is a fun, fast paced work environment and is perfect for someone with great communication and multi-tasking skills. Working at Baja Beach requires an enthusiastic attitude for making sales, delivering exceptional customer service, moving around, bending, lifting (less than 25lbs), and cleaning. We are a team-based company and work together to complete all necessary tasks needed to run a salon and therefore we do not offer desk only/reception positions.
To be considered for employment, you must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, along with a mix of morning/afternoon/evening and weekend availability.
